Upwork Scam...by James03/06/2017 - This is a different type of scam I am not real familiar with. This gentleman is looking for programming help with a project and encounters a scammer who wants paid for his part. This scammer is trolling a site called Upwork, where individuals can hook up with programmers for help on projects (if I understand it correctly). Mingle 2...by Sue03/13/2016 - This scambait was sent in by someone who insists she is not a scambaiter. One hotbed for scammers are dating websites. Many scammers pose as American military personnel stationed overseas. They pull on your heartstrings, hoping you fall in love, then lower the boom (i.e. plea for money, saying their mother is sick, or they need surgery, or money for airfare, etc.).
