I’m sure there are hundreds of people named “Thomas Payne” in the United States – how do you know that you have the right one? Is there an address or possibly my middle name in the Will? Did you just try to find anyone named Thomas Payne to fit the bill?

I read the Will; there is no mention of any middle name or address that would uniquely identify me as the beneficiary to this man’s money. What nationality was this man and where did he die? Where did he live?

We received your email, like i said before i have not met you before neither do i know about you. I was only given your name and contact email to inform you of the directives given to me by my late client. I have tried my best to reach you on several occasions and i have been unable to establish a contact. I and my supporting attorney have prepared all the paper works for the release of the funds, other confidential information will be passed to you in due course.
David Rollins was an British Business man who spent most of his life in United States. He had business interests in Egypt, USA and Britain. He died a very painful death and being so close to him, i was directed and mandated to execute his last will and wishes. I hope you understand the circumstances surrounding my contact with you. I saw that and really didn’t understand it. This is something that will be handled by Probate, correct? Why would it be my responsibility to contact the bank – the funds will be seized and placed in escrow. The bank has to deal with the Probate Department, not us, right?

It doesn’t sound like you know how the Probate system works. Maybe I should find a new lawyer who is a little more knowledgeable on the subject. Why would you think it is my responsibility to run around trying to get this money released? That’s what Probate is for. How long have you been a lawyer? Are you new at this?

What do you mean, you complete and utter moron??? The bank can’t seize money in Escrow from the Probate Dept. You have to be the dumbest lawyer on Earth. I will call the Court tomorrow to find out what the hold up is. I don’t know why you think that I have to contact the bank – that is the court’s job, not mine.
