I love when these idiots turn the scam over to the all-knowing, all-powerful lawyer. I make it a point to find fault with everything they do, which is usually not hard to do. I also make it a point to bitch and complain about how stupid the lawyer is to the client, but also “accidently” copying those emails to the lawyer as well. The lawyer's emails are in green, my emails are in blue, Melissa's are in black, my comments in red. Happy reading!

It is by the grace of God that I received Christ,having known the truth, I had no choice than to do what is lawful and right in the sight of God for eternal life and in the sight of man for witness of God’s mercy and glory upon my life.

I am Mrs. Melissa Kojo the wife of Mr. Harry Kojo, my husband cworked with the Texaco oil in Ghana for twenty years before he died in the year 2001.We were married for ten years without a child. My Husband died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death we were both born again Christians.

Since his death I decided not to re-marry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my late husband was alive he deposited trunk boxes of gold with a Bank here in Ghana. Presently, this Gold is still with the Bank and the management just wrote me as the beneficiary to come forward to sign for the release of these trunk boxes of gold or rather issue a letter of authorization to somebody to receive it on my behalf if I can not come over.

Presently, I'm in a hospital in Ghana where I have been undergoing treatment for esophageal cancer. I have since lost my ability to talk and my doctors have told me that I have to rest. It is my last wish to see this this trunk boxes of gold live the said bank to any where in the World. Because relatives and friends have plundered so much of my wealth since my illness, I cannot live with the agony of entrusting this huge responsibility to any of them.

Please, I beg you in the name of God to help me Stand and collect the gold from the Bank. I want a person that is God fearing that will buy the gold through the bank where the gold are deposited or assist me make the sales outside Ghana to avoid problem from my husband family

Exodus {14 VS 14} says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace. I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my soundless voice and presence of my husband's relatives around me always. I don't want them to know about this development.

I see a huge problem with this Power of Attorney that you sent me. Nowhere on it is it signed by the Principal. A Power of Attorney is a legal document conveying powers from the Principal to another person and must be signed by the Principal. What kind of idiot drew up this document??? How long have you been a lawyer because you are a complete and utter moron. This document will not hold up in court and its worth is equivalent to toilet paper. I must speak to Mrs Melissa Kojo over this but I feel we may have to look for a new lawyer who actually knows the law.

What are you talking about? What exactly was the document that you sent me? You and Melissa both stated that it is a Power of Attorney, and it is not valid. Are you telling me that you have the real one and that the one you sent me is fake? What is going on here?
