The Chameleon

This was a funny, 3 part scambait. It is actually a re-bait of one of my older ones, where she sends a letter to the same email and wants to reward for help in the past. I took that letter, and replied from a totally different email account, and the original scam started all over again with Marcus. The first scammer is Shernell, but Marcus has a problem with evil white women. So, lo and behold, a BLACK AFRICAN WOMAN contacts Marcus for help (it actually said this in the subject line of the email). This progresses and we meet the closer, SUCCESS WINNERS LAW FIRM, who I have dealt with before (Success At Last!). My emails are in blue, his/hers are in black, my comments in red. Happy reading!

Calvary greetings to you in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ the giver of LIFE, I was really, glad and was deeply moved to know that you are such a person of faith and great love for humanity, with your passion for charity and devotion to God, I felt that there is much to life after reading your kindly e-mail, with all the prayers said for me and your great heart to help the needy with this inheritance by setting up CHARITY TRUST is a very good ideal, I must tell you that I am very happy to know that you will continue praying for me and my health until these trust funds gets into your possession to administer the TRUST for the good of humanity.

Thank you so very much for your urgent and favourable response to come forward to help and assist the poor people in our society, as a Christain it is the best thing to do; living a life of good will like our Lord Jesus Christ who is our perfect example is the best thing to do. I am happy that you have told me the whole truth about yourself, your location and country b'coz of that i will use part of this Funds to help you and family to become richer i will offer you up to 30% for your personal use 5% for expenses and the rest will go into Charities and philanthropist which you will have to administer and distribute to charity organizations on my behalf from right there in your country and to selected poor African countries.

However, you said that you are a honest person and one who works for the good of mankind; that you could become involved with this task of philanthropic works that will be great and lovely to note. I want to thank God that there are still good people like you who have the kind heart of caring for others who are in daring need for help and support in our human society and within the christain community. I am so most grateful for this your kind reply, and I seize this opportunity to say thank you for coming to my rescue, though I was too weak to write all these as advised by my doctor to stop stressing myself, i have been composing this email since I got your reply to my message and request to contact the legal attorney last night. I hope you were not too embarrassed by my late response to your e-mail for i know the urgency of the situation!! I will do my best for you if you are trustworthy enough to handle this transaction successfully.

I want to let you know that I have contacted a christian sister called Kathy Collins who works with Denver Rescue Mission in Denver Colorado USA, but the sister was not a truthful person that was why I was advised by my lawyer to discontinue this engagement with her for my own good so all I want is a truthful child of God who will not betray the trust I will repose on him or her.

Please Marcus King My Dear Child of God I need to know some few more things about you so that I would be fully confident in handling these funds into your hand and have the full confidence that the trust is not misplaced. I need you to give me your words that you will be very honest, faithful and straight forward with me when the money gets to you, I have decided to give you 30-35% from the total sum for your personal use, So long as you can execute this transaction successfully and help me dispatched the balance to charity organizations in selected African countries.

Thus, I would need you to get back to me on the following issues,
(1) That you are in a position to be trusted as God fearing person with such a large amount of funds and to dispatch and distribute them to charity organizations, orphanages and ministries.

3) Can you give me the project plan for these funds when it is entrusted into your caring hand to handle it?

5) What is your Occupation?

If you answer my questions satisfactorily I will give you the contacts of my legal attorney who will have to provide you with all the details of the Transfer of these inheritance into your possession as the appointed beneficiary. I will also want you to forward to me your personal contact details as in your private phone numbers, address so that I could also ask my lawyer to submit this information to the TRUST BANK in Abidjan for verification and the transfer to you and your Ministry if you are truthful enough for me to entrust you with these inheritance. When my lawyer is satisfied that you are a honest and a trustworthy person who could be trusted and given the opportunity to handle these trust funds for this charity works of setting up Mrs Shernell FUNDS then you will be give the legal authorisation to receive the money for the project to be executed in your favour.

If you are able to handle this inheritance I will give to you 35% of the total amount for your personal use and the rest part that is remaining will go in to Charities, Orphanages, Ministries, Food Pantries and any other area that is for the development of the work of the Lord world wide. Please kindly note that because of my poor condition of health I may not be able to always respond back to you as you may want it done, because I am in a critical condition but with hope that the lord will keep me till the end of this as I pray after going through your lovely mail. 1) Their spelling and command of the English language is terrible, like yours.
2) They always want you to use Western Union or Moneygram - no respectable bank or business uses this except for you.
3) They are always stupid, smelly, savages from that cesspool of a continent Africa, like you are.
4) They pose as lawyers, bankers, and even Directors with the United Nations, like you.
5) They quote God and religion a lot, even know they are going to Hell, like you are.
6) They claim to be getting back at the "white man" for injustices done to them, but the truth is that they will steal from anyone of any race, religion, creed, and color, like you would.

If you are wondering what this last email means, it is because the last few insults (emails) were in a span of about an hour. We were emailing insults back and forth. He wanted to get off (probably ran out of time at the cyber-café).
