I received your documents, but now I am somewhat confused. The Certificate of Approval is some kind of official document or license? Why is Licensing and Appraiser spelled wrong on this official document??? And obviously you have no idea what a company prospectus is – all you did was send me your loan terms. Are you a real company???

For your information, I am an Accountant with xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, Inc., a company that leases large commercial equipment and properties all across the United States. The problem I have is that I will not do business with any company, unless I know something about it. That is why I asked for a brochure or prospectus, and your website details. All I required was a little information about your company and who I was potentially going to do business with.
And here is what I received; 1.You have no web site 2.You send me what looks like it is supposed to be an Official License from the government, but it has two major misspellings in it. 3.You excuse that as just being a minor typographical error – a typo in an email or even a letter is minor – a typo on an Official government document is inexcusable. 4.I ask for a prospectus – you send me your loan terms and label it “Company Prospectus” – almost like you don’t know what one is... As it stands, I cannot even ascertain if you are a real company and that you actually exist, and you want me to proceed with the loan anyways? Thomas |
