| My new thing for all of the Loan Scams is to inquire about Business Lines of Credit. To the uneducated scammer, this sounds like a regular loan for a business and they will quote you terms like a conventional loan, which obviously do not apply to a Credit Line. I’ve had “Loan Officers” invent terms (duration) for revolving Credit Lines because they don’t understand how it works. All they know is how to punch in Interest Rate, Amount, and Duration into a Mortgage Calculator from one of the many Mortgage or Real estate websites out there. This fool tries a different approach; he tries to get me to pay fees first to get around answering questions that he does not understand…LOL.
