I sent a letter to the Diplomat and received a reply. I also requested that I deal with someone else instead of the person that contacted me. The Diplomat, Jim Cole, insists he is an English fellow, but his email to me was riddled with spelling errors and grammar mistakes. He is obviously not an educated individual and I would rather not have him dealing with our case. I requested that someone else, who can spell common words properly, contact me and we will proceed with them.
Can you believe that? A Diplomat who can't even spell common words. I have never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. And then in his response, he types all in capital letters like a moron. I am asking you that because I have never seen a Professional Letter/Email from any company or person with so many spelling errors and grammar mistakes. We are trusting you with a great deal of money in those boxes and I find it hard to believe that a Diplomat from ENGLAND cannot spell ENGLISH words. Is there anyone else there I could speak with, possibly someone that is educated beyond the fourth grade? I don't mean to be rude, but this is ridiculous that a Diplomat cannot even spell simple words correctly.
