Barrister Blues

I love when the lads pose as lawyers, but yet they seem to know nothing about the law or the legal process. In this scam, the dying benefactor turns over the scam to her lawyer, who naturally assumes that he is my lawyer also. Also funny with these scams is how I am responsible for the fees, but the lawyer will help with them if I can’t pay them in full. This is their way of whittling down the amount to something I can afford. My emails are in blue, his/hers are in black, my comments in red. Happy reading!

Hello Beloved One,

I am Mrs kristin Cream from England I am deaf and has cancer of the breast I lost my husband 12yrs ago without a child of mine.

I have to sell all my properties left by my husband because the doctors say i have less than 2months to live.I have deposited the funds of $4.5million USD which i sold from my properties and deposit into a Bank.

I want you to help me use the funds to help the charity deaf and the motherless babies home before i die. If you are a good and honest Christian i shall give you the contact of the Bank and also the Deposit Certificate so as to claim my funds before my death.

Debbie

Hello Dearest,

Thank you and God Bless.

Okay, I will contact this lawyer. I hope he is a good one, because I have run across some pretty pathetic lawyers in my days. I will contact him soon. Thanks.

Debbie

HELLO DEAREST,

I GOT YOUR COMPLAINS FROM MY LAWYER AND VERY SORRY FOR ALL OF THAT ERRORS. MY LAWYER HAS NOW ENSURED THAT DOES ERRORS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED PLEASE PROCEED WITHOUT RESERVATION IN YOUR HEART TO HELP ME ACTUALIZE MY DREAM.

GOD BLESS YOU.

Mrs. Kristin Cream.

Your apology is accepted. What needs to be done now?

Debbie

In this scam, the first scammer’s sole purpose was to turn it over to the closer (the Barrister). After a few emails to Kristin while dealing with the lawyer, she would not even return my emails. The last email she wrote is actually out of sequence – it came after the lawyer sent me the document that was riddled with errors. In this documentation of the bait, I decided to just keep all of hers together.

Secondly I told you that I will help you with part of the Affidavit of claims fee that is the fee I was talking about. Get back to me ASAP.

Hello;

I received the Authorization Letter, whatever that is, from Kristin. I looked it over and either Mrs. Cream is extremely stupid or her health is fading really fast and turning her mind to mush. Either way, I don’t know if this letter can be accepted with all of the spelling errors in it. What do you think? The main one I see is that she must not know how to write out monetary figures because that is a gross error on her part. Who was the lawyer who signed and sealed this document? Is he an idiot? He must have read this letter before he signed it right? He didn’t notice all of the errors? I'm glad that moron isn’t my lawyer. Anywho, let me know if it can be used with the errors or if we have to get Kristin to write another one correctly.

Kristin Cream Agreement

Hello,

My chambers has just got your mail and am very sorry about the errors, I have sent a copy of that letter to the bank with an apology on my clients behalf, and based on ill-health they are willing to accept the letter. I will like you to accept it for now later I will have her re-sign another one with my supervision.

You are also going to need the affidavit of claims in compliance with the transfer laws of our great country Britain, remember that the affidavit will cost you open $495 which if you want I can help you with part of the fee for the affidavit.

Get back to me ASAP.

Best Regards,

Barrister Denny Blues.

Okay thanks, I will inform Krispy Kreme so she can pay you. You’ve been a great help.

Debbie

Hello my client,

How are you today? My chambers have got your acknowledgment and I very confident in your co-operation. All you need to do now is to acquire the affidavit of claims from the court and it will cost you $495 dollars. The affidavit shall be got from a/any law court here in London or within the United Kingdom.

Upon your acceptance we shall be sending you a payment detail immediately and I will as well be calling you soon. You are however advised to get back to me ASAP.

Best Regards,

Barrister Denny Blues.

Why do you keep calling me “your client”? Are you mistaking me for Miss Kristin? She is your client, not me. Let me know when she has paid you and concluded this arrangement.

Debbie

Hello my client,

My chambers got your mail but still maybe you don’t understand my mail. You are required to make the fees yourself and not my client Cream. I can also help you pull through the bill by helping you get part of the said amount, but I need you to at least make part of the payment so we can work together to realize this dying woman’s dreams.

Make part of the payment through my Clark in the USA, within the next few hours because she wil soon be through with the issue she’s working on and then will be requird to return to the office so will like you to make the payment within few hours from now so she can get it and come back with it.

Receiver name: Joyce Gracia
Address: 1920 N. Avenida De Palmas,
City: Casa Grande,
State: Az
Zipcode: 85122

Get back to me ASAP.

Best Regards,

Barrister Blues

Kristin Cream informed me that she would take care of all of the expenses for this transaction. Call her and ask her yourself.

Debbie

I was trying to get him to say that he called her and was told that she never said that. Of course, I would then inquire as to how he spoke with a deaf woman on the phone…

My chambers got your mail and I have also seen my client Cream and she frankly denied ever making such a statement. I will like you to forward to me the mail including where such a statement was made by my client Mrs. Kristin Cream.

Speaking of the records, I know my client too well and considering the legal term guide this transaction such statement will never be made by my client. If you’re not ready to make your/any payment let me know.

Thank you and best regards,

Barrister Denny Blues.

Here is the email that Kristin sent me. Notice that she says that all expenses will be provided for. I guess you don’t know your client as well as your thought, so kindly have her pay the expenses and get back to me. Remember, she is dying and her mind is probably going so if you really spoke with her like you say you did, she may not have remembered what she wrote in this email.

Thanks,
Debbie

I took Kristin’s first email to me and did some creative editing to it. I added the line where it says that I will incur no cost as all is already provided for…

My chambers got your mail I have looked into it and YES that’s true but we can not hold on to that because like you well know my client’s health is really going bad and I think you understand that part very well. All am asking you is to try and let’s work together to help a dying patient. Let’s together make the payment for the affidavit and let the bank do their part.
Thank you and Brest Regards,
Barr Blues.

Did you get it all taken care of yet?

Debbie

Hello,

My chambers got your mail and I think I understand your point and I will like to inform you I was not paid for anything I am the lawyer to her late husband and I have been their lawyer for years now. Get back to me let do this together.

Barr Denny

You were paid by her husband to fulfill his duties, or you were paid by the estate. You are not doing this for free…

Let me know when she has taken care of this – thanks.

Debbie

Hello my client,

My chambers has received your mails and frankly if you do not want to make any payment for your documents please let me know but like I told you this whole proposal from my client Cream is based on you making your payments when necessary this is my laws and my protocols.

If it’s not ok by you let know and lets know what next to be done but if you think that I will make the whole payment for or produce the affidavit of claims for you from my own account then my dear you must be joking.

Best Regards,

Barrister Denny Blues.

See, there you are wrong. The whole proposal from your client states that she would take care of all of the expenses, like she states in her email. Can you read and understand English? You are her lawyer, not mine and have no right to ask me to pay for things that should have been taken care of. How long have you been a lawyer? You have no Client Agreement with me. You are Kristin’s lawyer, and if you didn’t provide for reimbursement for any fees that you might incur in the process, then maybe you need to go back to law school and study a little harder.

Debbie

I think he was getting ready to abandon this scam before I sent this last email to him. He kept giving me the ultimatum that “if I was not ready to make this payment to let him know”. He doesn’t want to waste time with me if I am not going to send him money…
